How to Access Your LegalShield Benefits.
LegalShield members can contact us through the LegalShield Member App online. After accessing this site you can open an intake to talk to an attorney or upload documents. Just click on the following: LegalShield Member App If you do not have the login information, you can contact LegalShield member services at 800-654-7757 to obtain it.

If you are a LegalShield member in another state, you must obtain a referral from your provider law firm before we can assist you. You can logon to the partner app and open an intake with your states provider firm to accomplish that referral. If you are not a LegalShield member, please contact us through our general contact page.
In addition to using the partner app LegalShield members to start an intake is to call the toll-free LegalShield line, 1-800-227-0187, during our normal business hours Monday through Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. When you contact us by phone, the LegalShield service standards are immediately in effect and an attorney will contact you within the service guidelines.
If you need help and cannot login to the partner app you can text us at 785-841-4700 and we will respond during normal business hours.
